Warhorse Studios has officially delayed Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 until February 11, 2025. Originally set for a late 2024 release, the studio decided to push the launch to ensure the game meets its quality standards. This decision comes after an earlier leak suggested a delay, which Warhorse has now confirmed in a video message from their PR manager, Tobias Stolz-Zwilling.
The game, a sequel to the 2018 hit Kingdom Come: Deliverance, will continue the story of Henry of Skalitz as he navigates the turmoil of 15th-century Bohemia.

With expanded maps, a revamped combat system featuring new weapons like crossbows and early gunpowder firearms, and enhanced gameplay mechanics, the sequel promises to be significantly larger and more refined than its predecessor.
In the lead-up to the new release date, fans can expect a flurry of updates and content reveals. A new trailer is set to debut during Gamescom’s Opening Night Live on August 20, 2024, followed by over 20 minutes of gameplay footage, hands-on impressions from media, and a playable demo at Gamescom.
