One Piece Manga may go on a one month long hiatus . Chapter 1112 releases at the end of April.

Following the latest pivotal turn in the ongoing “Egghead” storyline within the One Piece manga by Eiichiro Oda, fans brace for yet another hiatus, lasting a month.

According to insights shared by social media user @/newworldartur, the eagerly awaited Chapter 1111 of One Piece, set for release on March 25, marks the final installment for the time being. Eiichiro Oda’s manga will go on pause from April 1st to April 15th, with Chapter 1112 slated for release on April 22nd. However, the hiatus will extend further due to the traditional Golden Week holiday in Japan, aligning with the rest of Weekly Shonen Jump.

The impending hiatus arrives on the heels of a significant revelation in Chapter 1110 concerning The Five Elders.

Anticipated chapters 1112 and 1113 are scheduled for release in April and May, with Chapter 1113 expected on May 6th, signaling a hopeful return to weekly serialization thereafter.

Although no explicit reason was provided for the month-long break, Oda has previously taken hiatuses, ranging from a few weeks to a month, for various reasons, including final storyline planning and recuperation from health issues, such as eye surgery.

Despite Oda’s remarkable talent, the demanding deadlines inherent in crafting a Shonen Jump manga can prove arduous. Notably, Chapter 1098 of One Piece saw Oda missing a deadline for the first time in the series’ history, resulting in unfinished artwork. This was later rectified for the release of One Piece Volume 108 in Japan.
