The introduction of the Inhumans into the MCU hasn’t been that great. The Inhumans show was a disaster with low production value and a poor storyline. The Terrigen Mist storyline was done in the Agent of the SHIELD series and introduced some good Inhuman characters like Daisy Johnson (Quake) and Yo-Yo Rodriguez.
However, recent reports now suggest that the Inhumans will be retconned into the MCU post-Secret Wars. This makes sense as the Secret Wars will essentially be a soft reboot and can make a lot of changes with simple explanations.
Kamala Khan, a.k.a, Miss Marvel was made a mutant in the MCU instead of an Inhuman which showed that Marvel had lost interest in the Inhumans. However, the appearance of Black Bolt as part of the Illuminati in Doctor Strange: Multiverse of Madness gave Inhumans a chance to return to the MCU.

Some scoops and rumours also suggest the return of Daisy Johnson in the Armor Wars and Secret Wars but, take this with a grain of salt. Daisy Johnson was a fan-favorite character in the Agents of SHIELD and it will be good to see her again.
It will be fun to see a better version of X-Men vs Inhumans play out in the future, better than what they did in the comics. If done right, Inhumans can be a good addition to the MCU alongside the mutants.
