Nimo Gotō’s four-panel gag manga, Everyday Host Club, is set to receive a short anime adaptation scheduled to premiere in April 2025. The series will air for two consecutive cours on TV Tokyo and BS Nippon TV.
The anime will be directed by Rarecho, known for works like Aggressive Retsuko and Ani ni Tsukeru Kusuri wa Nai!, and produced by studio Fanworks.
The main cast includes:
- Ryōichi, voiced by Tasuku Hatanaka (Reki in SK8 the Infinity)
- Kōichi, voiced by Hiro Shimono (Zenitsu in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba)
- Hajime, voiced by Taku Yashiro (Jude in The Saint’s Magic Power is Omnipotent)
- Senichi, voiced by Nobuhiko Okamoto (Eiji in Pseudo Harem)
Everyday Host Club offers a comedic glimpse into the daily lives of hosts at “Club One,” a cozy establishment near Shinjuku. The story follows Hajime Sekiguchi, a former life insurance salesman who transitions into the host industry, encountering a variety of eccentric colleagues along the way.
The manga was initially published online on platforms such as Pixiv and Niconico Seiga starting in July 2020. Kadokawa has since released three digital volumes under the Asuka Comics DX imprint, with the fourth volume scheduled for release on December 24, 2024.
Fans can look forward to the anime adaptation bringing the manga’s sharp humor and vibrant characters to life in the spring of 2025.
