The much-anticipated anime adaptation of Yukinobu Tatsu’s supernatural thriller manga, DAN DA DAN, has released a new trailer, generating buzz among fans.
Set to premiere in October 2024 on Crunchyroll, this new trailer introduces more of the cast and provides a glimpse into the high-energy, paranormal adventures awaiting viewers.
Accompanying the trailer, a striking key visual has been released, featuring six main characters and some of the supernatural entities they will face.

Joining the cast of DAN DA DAN are some well-known voice actors:
Seiko Ayase, voiced by Nana Mizuki (recognized for Hinata Hyuga in Naruto).
Aira Shiratori, voiced by Ayane Sakura (known for Ochaco Uraraka in My Hero Academia).
Jin Enjoji, voiced by Kaito Ishikawa (famous for Tobio Kageyama in Haikyu!!).

About the DAN DA DAN series
The original DAN DA DAN manga has been serialized in Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ digital magazine since April 2021, and its English version is available from VIZ Media.
The TV anime adaptation is directed by Fuga Yamashiro at Science SARU, with scripts by Hiroshi Seko, character design by Naoyuki Onda, and music by Kensuke Ushio.
Early Screenings
In anticipation of the series premiere, theatrical screenings of the first three episodes, titled DAN DA DAN: First Encounter, are set to debut globally.
The screenings will begin on August 31 in Asia, September 7 in Europe, and September 13 in North America. This release is a collaboration between MBS and partners ADN, GKIDS, and MUSE
