The beloved anime series One Piece is taking its epic adventure to the Las Vegas Sphere for a one-week spectacular, celebrating the anime’s 25th anniversary.
While the manga celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2022, this year marks the 25th anniversary of the anime adaptation.
The Las Vegas Sphere, a state-of-the-art venue renowned for its dazzling Exosphere exterior, is set to showcase a breathtaking tribute to One Piece. This partnership was announced by Toei Animation on their X (formerly Twitter) account on May 21.

According to the announcement, the spectacular One Piece display will illuminate the Sphere from June 10-16, creating a “larger-than-life” celebration that fans won’t want to miss.
It signifies a major achievement for the series as a whole. Monkey D. Luffy, the series’ iconic protagonist, has already made appearances in major American events like the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. Now, One Piece will be prominently featured on a brand new Las Vegas landmark shortly after its opening.
The Las Vegas Sphere extravaganza also coincides with the launch of the official One Piece English YouTube channel, making it a truly exciting time for One Piece fandom worldwide. This new platform will provide fans with even more content and opportunities to connect with the series, making this 25th anniversary year truly special.
